    3. For software: We provide free lifelong software service for all customers. We can solve the software and system problems in a remote manner to guarantee worry-free operation.
    4. After making an all-around inspection and solving the problem, we will provide replacements for free. Such replacements will be delivered by DHL or FedEx promptly.
    5. We are responsible for the express costs during the warranty period.

  • In case any part needs to be repaired or replaced, you should send back the damaged part and responsible for the freight charges. We will send it back to you after the maintenance is finished.
  • Please contact our customer service immediately in case the equipment has any failure. Don’t dismantle or repair it by yourself. Please conduct one or more tests step by step with the guidance from our customer service personnel so that we can provide a specific solution after determining the problem. We provide 24-hour failure reporting and appointments for repairing. The working hours for technical supports are as follows: 9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. (Beijing time). Considering time differences worldwide, we accept appointments.
  • According to the purchase contract, the one-year warranty period starts from the date it is delivered from the factory.

Do you update these games?

Yes, we provide two types of game updates. One is the games developed by our team, and we provide free updates for our customers. The other is premium games developed with our partners. We will recommend such games to our customers who will buy them if they are interested.

The power of the 9D VR egg chair is 3.0KW and the required voltage is 220V. Because the voltage systems worldwide vary, we can provide egg chairs of 110V, 220V, and 240V as well. Please inform us if any customer has one or more special requirements.

How to install the equipment?

It’s not required to install most of our products, and only a few of them need to be installed manually. For 9D VR Chairs, 360 VR Chair, and VR Flight Simulator, you can use them after connecting the wires and making simple tests as instructed in the operation manual. A very few of our products, such as VR Family Spaceship, need to be installed as per our installation manual and videos. Any customer can install such equipment within one day if two technicians are available.

What’s your minimum order quantity? What’s the lead time?

Our minimum order quantity is one piece of equipment, and the lead time is 5 working days.

How to maintain the equipment? What’s the maintenance frequency?

It’s required to check whether the screws of movement parts are loose once a week at least and check the lubrication of such parts once every quarter at least.

What are the requirements for the site?

The ground shall be flat and clean free from pits, holes, water stain, and oil contamination to prevent falls. Direct sunlight (or other intense light) on the lens of the glasses shall be avoided to prevent damages.

How about the shipping schedule and freight charges?

Each customer is required to provide its delivery address so that we can inquire about the relevant shipping schedule based on the above address. As for freight charges, any customer can let its forwarder in China come to our factory to pick up the goods. In case the customer asks us to recommend a forwarder, it can tell relevant requirements to our customer service personnel. The customer shall settle accounts with the forwarder for actual freight charges, and we provide convenience and assistance for all customers for free.
